How to Apply

Enrollment

  Students will be admitted without regard to sex, race, color, ethnic or national origin.

Important Instructions for Enrollment

1.   Make an appointment with the Principal.

2.   Fill out the application, read and sign the Statement of Faith and School Policy documents and
      send them to the school office with the non- refundable registration fee.

3.   Bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate.

4.   Provide proof of recent physical, immunizations, dental certificate and lead poisoning screening.

5.   Every child entering school is required to have proof of a medical examination on file.

6.   Children in grades one through ten need former academic records sent from prior school.  Please
      complete and sign student record release form and send to prior school.

7.   Children entering kindergarten will be scheduled for kindergarten screening and will be accepted
      after the results of the screening are reviewed.

8.   Book fees and insurance fees are due July 1st.

9.   Tuition is due September 1st.

10. Send transportation request form to the transportation department of the public school district
      where you live.
