Every Thursday morning
One of the extraordinary benefits of sending your child to a Christian school is having them experience and know God during the school day. My goal is simple: to make Chapel the VERY best part of each student’s school week - yes, even better than lunch and recess! It is my desire for every student to look forward to Thursday mornings because they anticipate seeing what God has for them in Chapel.
We have become LOOKING at God in THE FAITH LAB: SEEING GOD THROUGH GOGGLES! We are doing a science experiment each week, LOOKING at God, SEEING who He is, what He does, and how we need to REACT to what we have learned about God! We will be doing some type of science experiment each week, introduced by Professor Cal Q. Lator and his trusty sidekick, Purrr Q. Lator, the cat, who is somewhere in the depths of the inner workings of The Faith Lab! They are coming to us via video hook up!
Our verse is: "So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." - 2 Corinthians 4:18
Chapel also includes doing our pledges, worship, testimonies, and prayer. The students are to come to school in Chapel clothes: dresses or skirts for girls, button down dress shirts and ties for boys.
